Sponsored by Home Affairs Department's "Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme", Pentecostal Church of Hong Kong sets up a new social enterprise, Chi Yat Enterprise (CYE). CYE provides a complete recycling system from collecting, sorting, crushing, cleaning to drying. The objective of CYE is not only to protect the environment, but also to build up a PHAB communion (stands for Physically Handicapped and Able-Bodied) working environment. In order to promote "self-reliance", CYE would provide job with a stable income and training opportunities for the disadvantaged.

Appointed by CYE, Polyexpert was responsible for the engineering design, procurement and commissioning (EPC) of the entire project on CYE centre.

Polyexpert is specialized on engineering, supervision and contruction of electrical and mechanical projects on sustainable development industries. It is enrolled by experienced engineers who can provide best aplicable solutions, and has established cooperation with professional companies in fields of project management, engineering design, procuements, construction, commissioning and start up for sustainable development projects.
